A message from the Universal Fans team
Like all other businesses across Victoria, we have been monitoring the government’s response to COVID-19. We stand with the broader Victorian community and will continue to play our part to help fight the spread of COVID-19. Following the move to stage 4 restrictions in metropolitan Melbourne, our online store will remain open, with reduced staff on-site to process and dispatch orders. Sadly though, in line with the new restrictions, we will be closing our showroom to the general public at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, 5th of August. We will continue to serve the general public in compliance with government restrictions. Although we are presently unable to welcome customers to our showroom, we are pleased to say we will continue to operate in the following capacities:
In line with stage 4 restrictions, trade customers may continue to visit our showroom for approved purposes. Please call ahead if unsure.
Click and Collect
Contactless pick up or “Click and collect” is available for local customers. To take advantage of the option, you can place your order over the phone or enter your postcode on either the cart or checkout page and select the click and collect option.
Our online store is operating as usual, with an excellent range of products available. We offer free shipping for orders over $150 to most areas in Australia. If you are self-isolating or practising social distancing, our checkout page is already set up to minimise your interaction with the courier. All online customers are asked for delivery instructions at checkout, so you can nominate for the courier to leave the package at the front door, for example. Our staff are working hard to get your orders out to you and continue to dispatch orders daily.
Our expert sales and customer service team are still available to take your call and respond to your emails. We will be missing the daily face-to-face interaction with customers, so please get in touch with us if there is anything we can do for you at all.
Further to the above, we have minimised the number of staff working on-site, and updated our processes regarding cleaning and PPE to further reduce the risk to staff working on site.
