A message from the Universal Fans team

In line with the Victorian government announcement on February 17th 2021, the Universal Fans is happy to say our showroom will re-open to the general public at 9:00am on Thursday, February 18th.

We ask customers visiting us in-store to help us to keep our staff and the broader community safe by:

• Signing in using either the QR code or the paper register at the showroom entrance
• Maintaining  social distancing by standing 1.5 metres apart
• Making use of the hand sanitiser available in store
• Please do not enter the showroom if you are experiencing cold/flu symptoms.

Our staff will continue to clean down all surfaces regularly to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Customers are also encouraged to place orders through our online store.  You can also contact us by phone, email or online chat if you have any questions about our products.
