A message from the Universal Fans team,

As Victoria responds to the ongoing developments surrounding COVID-19, we want to let our customers know about the precautions we’re taking to prioritise the health of our customers, staff and the broader community.

To ensure that there are no interruptions to orders for our customers, we have implemented protective measures both in the showroom/offices and warehouse to ensure our team are as happy and healthy as possible.

We continue to welcome customers into our showroom. If you’re thinking about visiting us, rest assured that our staff are following health advice and in order for us to remain open, our customers must do the same.

Customers visiting our showroom are asked to:

• Observe social distancing. We have marked out the appropriate distances on the floor.

• Respect that we now need to limit the number of customers in our showroom at any one time. In light of this, you may need to wait outside until the previous customer has exited the showroom. We thank-you for your co-operation.

As always, customers with cold and flu symptoms can place their orders online instead of coming into the store. Our warehouse team are working hard to ensure all orders are picked, packed and dispatched as quickly and accurately as ever.

Our sales team are also available to give product advice by phone, email and online chat. Please make use of these options if you’re not feeling well. As a fan and ventilation specialist we really do pride ourselves on the level of service and advice we are able to provide.

If you are self-isolating or practising social distancing, our checkout page is already set up to minimise your interaction with the courier. All online customers are asked for delivery instructions at checkout, so you can nominate for the courier to leave the package at the front door, for example.
