Sub Floor Ventilation Solutions

subfloor feature

Sub floor ventilation systems deal with the accumulation of moisture in the sub floor area. The build-up of moisture can cause both structural damage and health issues for the occupants. Inadequate under floor ventilation usually stems from too few, too small, blocked or no vents located in the subfloor and/or the building’s location, soil type and other structural and environmental factors.

The running costs are typically low for sub floor ventilation systems as usually they are only running for a few hours a day.

We have prepared a sub floor information sheet to explain in a bit more detail the use of cross-ventilation with diagrams to help guide you. Here at Universal Fans we specialise in these systems therefore you can feel confident in your system. If you need any assistance, contact us as we are available to help you.
