$100 Prepaid Mastercard E-Gift Cards competition – Terms and Conditions

1. The Terms and Conditions of this Competition are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria.
2. The Competition is being run by Universal Fans Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 76 104 243 898 of 18 Cleeland Road, Oakleigh South, VIC 3167 (“Promoter”). The Promoter’s contact number is 1300 205 523.
3. The $100 Prepaid Mastercard E-Gift Cards (“Competition”) commences at 8 am Australian Eastern Daylight-Saving Time (“AEDST”) on Monday, 08 November 2021 and closes at 11:59pm AEDST on Sunday, 02 January 2022 (“Promotion Period”).
4. Entry to the Competition is limited to customers of the Promoter who are over the age of 18 and who validly leave their feedback of the purchased product.
5. Entry to the competition is free and automatic once the customer has completed an Eligible Transaction and receives an email to leave their feedback of the purchased product.
6. One entry per Eligible Transaction.
7. Entry into the Competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. Entrants are required to abide by the Terms and Conditions as presented.
8. Staff employed by the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Competition.
9. The draw will be by a random computer-generated draw from all Eligible Transactions with the first entry drawn being entitled to the prize.
10. There will be one (1) weekly prize. The prize is: one (1) Prepaid Mastercard E-Gift Card values at $100 (including GST) and valid for 12 months. The competition has a total of eight (8) prizes, the prize pool is $800 (including GST).
11. The draws will take place 11:00am AEDST on 15 November 2021, 22 November 2021, 29 November 2021, 6 December 2021, 13 December 2021, 20 December 2021, 29 December 2021, 04 January 2022 at 18 Cleeland Road, Oakleigh South, VIC 3167. Entrants are not required to be present at the draw.
12. The prize winner will be contacted within two (2) business days of the draw by the email address and phone number supplied to the Promoter when the purchase was made.
13. By accepting the prizes, the prize winner grants the Promoter permission to use their full name and suburb on its website for at least 28 days after the date of the draw.
14. The prize winner’s name will be published every week at the bottom of this page.
15. If required, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted 11:00am AEST 4 April 2022, in the same location, and with the same method.
16. The prize is not redeemable for cash or an alternative prize.
17. The prize is not transferrable.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes for prizes of equivalent value if the original prizes are no longer available.
19. The Promoter is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any problems or any financial costs incurred, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other persons related to or resulting from participation in this Competition.
20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility and shall not be held legally liable or responsible for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property whether direct or indirect, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the Competition or the prize, either during or after the Competition.
21. The Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. The Promoter has the right to disqualify any candidates for suspicion of breaching the terms and conditions of this competition.
23. All personal information provided by an entrant to the Promoter for the purpose of entering the Competition will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Statement under the Australian Privacy Principles. Personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed to any third party otherwise than in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy statement Promoter’s privacy statement and these Terms and Conditions.
