The Maxair 150 7008A Wall Exhaust Fan with pull cord is a wall mount exhaust fan that also features electric shutters to prevent back drafts. The Maxair Wall exhaust fan is supplied with an external grille and duct to join. Please note that auto-shutters will take approximately 30seconds to open and close. This model also comes with a pull cord hanging from the motor, which is used to turn the fan on/off.

| General Exhaust Fan Advice | It is recommended to achieve a minimum of 15 air changes per hour in a bathroom to remove excess moisture., To work this out, calculate the volume of air in the room ( length x width x height, all in meters) and multiply this by the number of air changes to get the required air volume of the fan. |
