The Fanco Heat Recovery Ventilation CVV-T/E Series Units are fully featured ventilation units with heat recovery that provid households with a strong and balanced ventilation. The units have heat recovery for air filtration and supply fresh clean air into a household as well as extract stale moisture filled air out of a living space.
The Heat recovery operation mode provides households with a continuous fresh supply of clean air while extracting stale, moisture filled air from inside. This process is accomplished utilizing a heat exchanger which allows the outgoing air to pass on its heat to the incoming air without the two air-streams being mixed together. This energy efficient process means that household energy costs are kept down as warm air is constantly supplied through the heat recovery system and the continuous ventilation of fresh air reduces any humidity and condensation issues from effecting the household.
This creates an environment where the air quality is cleaner and healthier – also reducing any health issues associated with pollen and pollution such as asthma or hay-fever as supply and exhaust airflows are filtered through built-in filters.
Equipped with a counter-flow polystyrene heat exchanger. In colder winter seasons the extracted air heat is transferred to the incoming supply air steam which in turn reduces the ventilation-generated heat losses. And in the hotter summer seasons the ambient air heat is transferred to the exhaust air stream – which allows to a significant reduction of supply air temperature which reduces the air conditioning load.
Equipped with a counter-flow heat exchanger with an enthalpy membrane. This allows in the colder seasons for extracted air heat and moisture to be transferred to the supply air stream through the enthalpy membrane reducing heat loss from ventilation. Subsequently in warmer seasons the ambient air heat and moisture is transferred to the exhausted air stream through the enthalpy membrane – therefore reducing the amount of fresh and cool air needed inside a household and thus reducing the air-conditioning load.
